  • Can I refunds tickets purchased on Ticketnation?

    Tickets purchased online, by law, cannot be canceled or refunded. The only reason to have tickets refunded is if the event is cancelled.


    Refunds (general cause not covid19)


    If the event is cancelled, Ticketnation in the manner and timeframe decided by the organizer, will undertake to refund the ticket price (net of presale fees and commissions). Reimbursement will take place only in the event that Ticketnation itself has been specially delegated for such reimbursement and to the extent that it has received the necessary authorization from the organizer. The manner and timing of the refund will be communicated through newsletters, SMS or by e-mail.


    Refunds for events cancelled and moved due to covid19

    For events cancelled due to covid19 , as per Art. 88 DL No. 18 of 17/3/20201, converted into L. 27/2020, as last updated, "In general, it is the organizer's right to refund or not to refund tickets and passes (to one or more shows to which the same entitles) related to the cancelled or postponed shows, in addition, the organizer may decide to issue refund by voucher with validity 36 months from the date of issuance usable for the purchase of events of the same organizer."


    In compliance with Decree-Law No. 34 of May 19, 2020, converted with amendments by Law No. 77 of July 17, 2020, and clarified the terms of its application, it will be possible to apply for monetary reimbursement even if already in possession of a voucher, only and only for light music concerts that have been permanently cancelled and no longer rescheduled.


    Ticketnation is not directly organizing events but only a ticketing service, any action is decided by the event organizer. The value of the voucher will be equal to the ticket price including presale fees.

  • Do I need to be registered on Ticketnation to buy tickets?

    Yes, before buying tickets you need to create an account. You will also need the registration to be able to consult your orders in your private area.

  • Are tickets in the resale section on Ticketnation safe to buy?

    The tickets you find in the resale section of the site are absolutely safe. They are tickets previously purchased by other people and who for some reason can no longer attend the event.

    When you purchase a ticket from the resale section, our automated system cancels the ticket previously put on sale by the user and will generate a new, unique and original ticket, as if it had been purchased from the classic shopping cart.

    The admission ticket that was on sale initially will no longer be valid for admission.

  • Do I have to print the tickets purchased on Ticketnation?

    No, you do not need to print them because the tickets are in digital format. You can present the tickets on your mobile phone or other electronic device at the entrance of the event. Always carry a valid identity document with you.

  • How do I receive tickets purchased on Ticketnation ?

    Tickets purchased on Ticketnation arrive by email and through whatsapp (if available) within 1 minute of your successful purchase.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Payment methods we accept are:

    • Cards of all circuits, among the most important Visa, Mastercard, Postepay;
    • Paypal;
    • GPay;
    • ApplePay
    • 18App, youth culture card or merit card (this payment method is accepted only if the events by category allow it)
  • What should I do after assigning or changing name to a ticket?

    After you have changed, from your personal area, the name on the ticket or surrendered a ticket you need to click on "send ticket" found next to the ticket order. You will receive on your email the new ticket to give to the person who will attend the event.

  • Can I resell a named ticket purchased on Ticketnation ?

    Sure, reselling a named ticket is very easy. You will find the procedure in your personal area, where you will have to enter all the data to resell it. Attention once put in resale, the ticket is no longer usable and cannot be withdrawn from resale.

    WARNING : If the ticket does not have a first and last name on it, you can follow this procedure.


    To surrender an unnamed ticket (those for events where the first and last name is not provided and required on the ticket) there are no operations to do online, just show up at the entrance of the event with the following documents:

    - admission ticket

    - valid copy of the ID of the user of the ticket.



    Resale of a ticket is free of charge. The ticket will be placed on sale at the same price with which you bought it ( without bank fees).


    Tickets for resale will go to a dedicated area of the website  www.ticketnation.it/fan-2-fan other users have the opportunity to buy them.

    When sold you will be notified by email and whatsapp.

    You will receive payment within 7 days after the sale, the amount will be credited directly back to the payment method you used for the purchase.

    If you initially purchased your ticket taking advantage of the 18app culture bonus, since the law does not allow for cash back under any circumstances, you will be sent a voucher by email worth the amount of the ticket, the voucher will always be expendable on our site for other purchases.

        • Can I change the name of a ticket purchased on Ticketnation?

          Sure, changing the name of the tickets is very easy. You will find in your personal area the procedure where you can enter all the data to change the name and give the ticket to another person. If, on the other hand, you have purchased a subscription and not a single date ticket you will find all the directions here.

        • Is there a fee to transfer or resell tickets on Ticketnation?

          No, the transfer or name change and resale of named tickets is totally free of charge.

        • How can I change the name of a subscription purchased on Ticketnation ?
