Introduction

The online service, based on the Ticka software system, offers the possibility to purchase tickets for the shows organized or managed by the venue in question, through ticketnation.it

Payment by credit card is permitted. Credit card purchases are made through the x-pay service of cartasi or stripe, which accepts all major cards and guarantees secure transactions compliant with the most current security standards, with protection protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer)

Payment is allowed through 18app (18-year-old culture bonus) as per the regulations made available by the ministry. It is possible to buy only 1 ticket in the name of the owner of the 18app.

Payment is permitted via the Paypal service.

Payment by voucher is allowed, generated directly by the system and sent to the end customer.

To access the service, it is mandatory to register as a user through the appropriate form. Confirm registration with the OPT or SPID system. Give your consent to data processing pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.6.2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) updated with the new legislative decree (legislative decree 101/2018) for the adaptation of the Italian discipline to the European regulation on privacy (EU Reg. No. 679/2016, GDPR). accept this regulation

Purchase

Once the seats to be purchased have been selected, the user will have 10 minutes to complete the purchase procedure, at the end of which the seats will be available for sale again. The single user can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per event, not necessarily in the same order. Digital promoter reserves the right to change the number and type of seats available for sale on the website at any time.

Reductions

The user who is entitled to it will be able to purchase tickets at a reduced price. At the entrance to the event it may be required to show the document that gives the right to the reduction.

Confirm purchase

At the end of each purchase, with any of the payment methods indicated above, the user will simultaneously receive a confirmation email from ticket@ticketnation.it with the ticket or tickets attached and a message via the WhatsApp platform at the number indicated also for the otp with the link to view or download tickets. Furthermore, the user will be able to find the order and the possibility to resend or download the tickets/tickets in their personal area on the site.

Right of withdrawal

Tickets purchased will not be refunded: pursuant to art. 7 - paragraph b of the Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185 (which implements the EEC directive 97/7 / EC), the right of withdrawal cannot be applied. However, Ticketnation allows only for nominal tickets the possibility to change the name or re-sell the ticket at the same price by following the procedure indicated in your account, the ticket for resale will be visible in the "fan2fan" section.

Refunds for events canceled and moved due to covid19

For events canceled due to covid19, as per Art. 88 DL n. 18 of 17/3/20201, converted into Law 27/2020, with the latest update, "In general, the organizer has the right to refund or not the tickets and season tickets (to one or more shows to which the same entitles him) relating to canceled or postponed shows, the organizer may also decide to issue a refund via vouchers valid for 36 months from the date of issue which can be used for the purchase of events by the same organizer. "

Ticketnation is not directly an event organizer but only a ticketing service, any action is decided by the event organizer. The value of the voucher will be equal to the price of the ticket including presale rights.

In compliance with the decree-law 19 May 2020 n. 34, converted with amendments by law 17 July 2020 n. 77 and having clarified the terms of its application, it will be possible to request a monetary refund even if already in possession of a voucher, only and only for pop music concerts that have been definitively canceled and no longer rescheduled.

Refunds (general cause not covid19)

In case of cancellation of an event, Ticketnation, according to the modalities and with the timing decided by the Organizer, undertakes to reimburse the price of the relative ticket (net of presale rights and commissions) only if the Ticketnation itself has been specifically delegated to such reimbursement and to the extent that it has received the necessary funds from the organizer. The terms and timing of the reimbursement will be communicated through newsletters, SMS or by e-mail.

For any support relating to payments by credit card it will be necessary to communicate the transaction code indicated by ticketnation.it, by sending an e-mail to info@ticketnation.it.

Laws applied and competent court

Digital promoter reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or interrupt any function or service for technical and organizational reasons. Online transactions take place in compliance with the D.L. n. 185 of 22 May 1999. For any dispute concerning online purchases made using the ticketnation.it site, the competent court is that of Rimini.

Prohibitions

Pursuant to law 3/2003 it is forbidden to smoke in the premises in question. The staff is obliged to enforce this rule. It is not possible to enter the hall with drinks or food Unless otherwise specified by the organizers of the event.
